Summary of Role
The Marketing Manager at Noble Capital will be tasked with overseeing and executing all of Fund Management divisions marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be expected to help the Chief Revenue Officer & director of Investor relations produce a final marketing plan and then execute the marketing plan. Components of the plan will include (but are not limited to) email campaigns, social strategy, multimedia creation, events (strategy, planning and attendance) as well as gifting (aka: giftology). Additionally, the Marketing Manager will need to create predictable systems for design, copywriting and web & CRM maintenance. The marketing Associate’s success will be measured against the company’s brand value within the marketplace by focusing on specific KPIs (some of which include Unique Web Visits, Social Media Audience and Form Fills) as well as the company’s revenue generation. Together with the Chief Revenue Officer and the company’s sales staff, the Marketing Associate will play a critical role in executing the company’s vision of becoming a key player in the private equity space in Texas and its objective of growing company’s capital and people.
Position Functions for Mastery:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT /MARCOMM
Events: Mastery of events by the development and execution of a marketing strategy that effectively communicates to the marketplace, special details of an opportunity or opportunities for face-to-face contact between brand and customer and may include conferences, trade shows or company sponsored events
Campaigns:  Mastery of Campaigns by the design and execution of a comprehensive course of actions that will present specific information to the marketplace in an effort to promote and sell an idea, product or service.
Brand: Mastery of Brand by the design and installation of select features that publicly distinguishes a seller’s product or service from other offerings in the marketplace and may include name, terms, symbols or the entire corporate identity.
BI Analytics: Mastery of BI Analytics by the practice of developing, implementing and managing systems and processes for the systematic collection and measurement of marketing and communication data to unlock insight into the results of investor and customer interactions with the business.
Project Management: Mastery of Project Management via systems and processes for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing set marketing and communication tasks to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time.
UX/UI: Mastery of UX by practicing full command over the Noble’s User Experience (UX) and development of a system for performance visibility, providing measurement for scorecard and KPIs. Mastery of MC UI by practicing full command over the Noble’s (Technology) User Interface (UI) and development of systems to optimize user interface such as Partner Portal and Noble Capital’s Website.
Copywriting: Mastery of Copywriting by professionally writing persuasive marketing and promotional materials that motivate people to take some form of action, choose an investment product, click on a link, donate to a cause, or schedule a consultation.
Content Creation: Mastery of Content Creation by the design of information and experiences including words, sounds, numbers, images, or graphics for the intended purpose of being communicated to the marketplace to prompt a specific action by the audience.
Content Dissemination: Mastery of Content Dissemination by the practice of sharing, publishing, distributing or promoting information to a defined market audience for their consumption through various channels and media formats.
Public Relations: Mastery of Public Relations by the execution of a set of techniques and strategies to manage how information about a business, it’s principles or its products is disseminated to the public, and especially the media, as well as communicating important company news or events, maintaining brand image, and the promotion of a positive presence in the marketplace.
Advertising: Mastery of Advertising by performing the techniques and practices designed to introduce products, services or investments to a designated marketplace with the intent to persuade the audience to take a certain action or to respond in a certain way.
Lead Generation: Mastery of Lead Generation by the standard acquisition of specific contact information or demographic information of potential customers who have indicated interest or who may have interest in a specific product or service.
Social Media: Mastery of social media by the understanding and utilization of interactive technologies that facilitate the creation and sharing of information for the purpose of marketing products, promoting brands, connecting to customers or fostering new business through virtual communities and networks.
Graphic Design: Mastery of Graphic Design by creating professional visual communications using text and images for the purpose of conveying a marketing message or other information to a specific or general audience.
Email Campaigns-Tracks: Mastery of Email Campaigns & Tracks by developing a defined message and coordinating the issuance of that message via a set of emails that are deployed across a specific period of time and to a specific group of people with the purpose of stimulating a particular call-to-action (CTAs) while tracking the recipient’s interaction with the email message.
Communications (External):  Mastery of Communications (External) by the development and maintenance of an institutional grade communications function to bring to all key external audiences critical and timely information and data, while deploying innovative systems and leveraging technology to execute enterprise level performance.
Communications (Internal):  Mastery of Communications (Internal) by the development and maintenance of an institutional grade communications function to bring to all key internal audiences critical and timely information and data, while deploying innovative systems and leveraging technology to execute enterprise level performance.
Product Development: Mastery of Product Development by the execution of a specific process to generate a concept design and to launch all stages required for transformation of the design into a market ready good or service.
OPERATIONS
Operating System: Mastery of Operating System by participating the creation, development, and maintenance of business processes and systems for scalability and viability of the department or division. Utilizing modern shared digital operating manual technology, assist with the buildout of a comprehensive operating system via compilation of digital best practices, policies, and procedures.
Operations Technology:  Mastery of Operations Technology by contributing to the identification, installation and maintenance of key technology aimed at increasing the efficiency, capability and effectiveness of the Finance Department.
FUND MANAGEMENT
Reporting: Mastery of FM Reporting by accurately tracking and compiling detailed data of an investment or an investment portfolio to provide meaningful performance insights and trends on a set periodic basis.
Investor Event Planning: Mastery of Investor Event Planning by providing for the systematic coordination and execution of every detail concerning a meeting or other gathering to deliver a professional environment to present opportunities or information.
Reporting: Mastery of FM Reporting by accurately tracking and compiling detailed data of an investment or an investment portfolio to provide meaningful performance insights and trends on a set periodic basis.
Compliance: Mastery of FM Compliance by maintaining timely, detailed, and accurate data and reporting with the help of internal and 3rd party compliance teams to ensure that all regulatory items are satisfied, and all investment mandates are met.
FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
KPI/BI Data Analyst: Mastery of KPI & BI Data Analytics based on continual measurement via systems with reporting for the Noble Capital Family of Companies and the Office of the CEO, while maximizing a Culture of KPIs & Scorecards inside of Noble Capital.
Income Recognition: Mastery of Income Recognition within the guidelines prescribed by GAAP and in accordance with company policy, across all departments and divisions of Noble Capital Group.
Cost Accounting: Mastery of Cost Accounting by practicing a form of managerial accounting that aims to capture a company’s total cost of production by assessing the variable costs of each step of production as well as fixed costs, such as a lease expense.
