About the Job/ Role
Assistant Product Manager – Home Loan
Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager will be working closely with all sourcing units for new acquisitions, in order to maximize profitability and achieve revenue budgets.
The role holder will be responsible for Home Loan.
The core responsibility of the Incumbent will be communication with various internal stake-holders.
Job role will involve below mentioned key responsibilities:
· Identifying and evaluating competition products & pricing to create attractive offers & promotion to increase our share in the market
· To develop strategy to sell and promote the existing products
· Support sourcing unit in conversion of leads through innovative pricing campaigns
· To work closely with Government entities to enhance current business and create new business as well.
Main Tasks
- The key objective is to achieve the financial goals & increase conversion rate & leads for Retail Loans.
- Develop a strategy to sell and promote existing and new products.
- Build on cross sell opportunities through various promotional offers to reduce cost of acquisition and add value to customer.
- Support Sales teams to increase their conversions & achieve their goals by supporting them with marketing materials and process streamline.
- Monitor the lead assignment & sales agents – measure by the conversion rate & call back
- Ensure product branding standards and maintained- No. of branches with Product branding
- Identifying and evaluating competition products & pricing to create attractive offers & promotion to increase our share in the market
- Create different promotions to meet product revenue, plan , goals and ensure it drives sale
- Increase customer acquisition and decrease marketing cost by using digital marketing/SEO/Cross sell
- Collaborate with other entities (government / privet) to market our product / shared campaign
