Job Description For Head Nurse Position In Bella Rose Medical Center
About the Job/ Role
The Head Nurse and Quality assumes operational responsibility of the Clinic. Directs and supervises activities, interprets & implements policies, procedures and standards as per the DHA regulations as appropriate.
Nursing Responsibilities :
Assisting Doctors of all the medical departments with the nursing team
Handling DHA portal, ensuring to implement DHA policies and communicating all the circulars from DHA portal on regular basis.
Directs and supervises Nursing services personnel within the Clinic in accordance with the governmental bodies (DHA) and other regulatory standards. Prepares work schedules and assigns personnel.
Directs maintenance of departmental facilities, equipment, supplies and materials to promote efficiency, health, comfort, and safety of patients and staff.
Conducts Nursing Management meetings and other meetings as required and participates on committees as requested.
